The programme

Chapter 5 of 21EnglishNederlands

Stages

Program → add a stage. A stage has a name, colour, icon and a day. The colour comes back everywhere: in the grid, in the timetable and in briefings.

You can also add a note per stage. Every artist who plays that stage sees it in their briefing, handy for "load-in via gate 2" or "backline is provided".

Artists and sets

Add an artist to a stage and set their times. Per set you can specify:

  • Set name: for a special show or an alias.
  • Status: confirmed or not confirmed yet.
  • Host: mark someone as the host of that stage. On the public timetable they are listed under the stage name instead of taking up a block.
  • B2B: put both artists on the same time slot. On the timetable they merge into one block with both names.

Each artist also has: contact details, riders, a private note, and, once you send them their briefing, their own link.

Notes per day

On the Program page you can leave a note per day or session. Every artist playing that day sees it in their briefing. Use it for things that apply to everyone: shuttle times, curfew, weather instructions.

Public timetable

From Program you can share a timetable link. Whoever has the link sees the full running order per day and stage, on any phone, no login. You can also add a button to it in every artist briefing (Settings → Briefing).
