Accreditation software for festivals and events
Stop collecting accreditation by mail and retyping it into a spreadsheet. Every artist gets a personal link, fills in who needs access on which day, and you approve per person. Approved names get a ticket with a QR code straight away.
Mail every artist a form, chase the replies, retype the names into the sheet and fix the sheet after every change.
Each artist gets a personal link. They fill in who needs access, you approve per person and per day.
You get back: 3 h → 20 minAccreditation in three steps.
- Set up types and limits
Artist and Crew are built in. Add your own, such as Guest, VIP, Press or Security, and set how many people each artist may register per type, optionally per day.
- Artists fill in their own names
Each artist gets a personal briefing link, no login needed. They register who needs access on which day; options disappear once a limit is reached.
- Approve and send tickets
Approve per person and per day, or auto-approve a whole type. Approved people get a ticket with a QR code and barcode, one code per day.

Questions about accreditation.
Do artists need an account?
No. Every artist gets a personal link to their briefing page. They open it in the browser and fill in their names. There is nothing to install and nothing to log in to.
Can I limit how many people an artist brings?
Yes. You set a number per artist per accreditation type, optionally per day. Once the limit is used up, the option disappears from their form.
How does accreditation reach the door?
Every approved person gets a ticket with a QR code and barcode. Door staff scan it with the ShowIQ scanner on a phone and see straight away whether the pass is valid today.
Can I create my own accreditation types?
Yes. Artist and Crew are built in and you can add up to 10 of your own, for example Guest, VIP, Press or Security, each with its own colour and ticket image.
